Our Ladies Festival was held on Saturday 12th March 2011, at the Romantica Restaurant, Calleo Salvaje. It was attended by almost 80 members of the Lodge and their guests. The Worshipful Master, Steve Vaughan and his Lady, Zena, greeted the guests, who were suitably wined and dined. The food was excellent, the wine suberb and the company exceptional. The compare for the evening was W.Bro. Rick Greet and Bro. Dave Harmer presented the Toast to the Ladies. Zena responded and afterwards flowers and a gift from the Lodge were presented by Bro. Steve Grant. Each of the ladies present also received a gift to mark the occasion. After dinner, a raffle was held in the cause of charity and music was by a guitarist who delighted everyone with songs from a well remembered era. The Shadows, Fleetwood Mac etc, it must have been good, the dance floor was crowded!
