INSTALLATION - 18th MARCH 2011
On Friday 18th March 2010, by special dispensation, Wy.Bro Norman Goodall M.B.E. was regularly installed as Supreme Ruler of the Conclave by his predecessor, Wy.Bro. Kelly. Wy.Bro Steve Preston flew in from the UK to act as Director of Ceremonies. The Supreme Ruler installed his Officer for the year and afterwards, all those present attended a festive board in the restaurant.
